About the role :
Rippling is currently seeking a motivated and strategic Senior Manager to lead and grow our new Platform Solutions Consulting team. In this role, you will be leading a brand new team comprised of two types of SCs :
- Platform Solutions Consultants who represent the advanced technical aspects of our platform such as Custom Apps, API, and Security
- Architects who work with our largest and most strategic customers to establish how Rippling will fit within their technological strategy & landscape.
This leader will define the processes and measures of success for these new SC types, quickly iterating with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive impact in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment working with our newest products. Working alongside our sales and solutions consulting leadership and directly participating in top deals, your insights and expertise will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and success.
