About the Role
Rippling is on an exciting growth trajectory, and our Product Infrastructure and Tools team is at the forefront of this journey. With a robust team of 800 engineers supporting over 1,300 sales and support personnel, we are committed to building innovative tools and infrastructure that empower our company to excel. As a key member of this dynamic team, you'll play an instrumental role in managing and enhancing essential systems like Feature Flags, Sales Account Tooling, and various support features. This high-impact, high-visibility position offers broad exposure across our entire organization and the opportunity to shape our engineering landscape.
What You Will Do
- Innovate and Develop : Design and implement high-quality, reliable software using technologies like Python, Django, Ruby, React, and more, driving efficiency and innovation across the company.
- Architect and Deliver : Build and deploy software and tools that empower our teams, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate and Connect : Foster strong relationships with engineering, sales, and support teams to deeply understand their infrastructure needs and enhance their operations.
- Lead and Mentor : Serve as a technical leader within the team, spearheading critical projects and initiatives while mentoring junior engineers and fostering their growth.
- Drive Automation and Scalability : Play a pivotal role in evolving Rippling's product infrastructure and automation strategies as we continue to scale.
