You’ll be working directly with homeowners, helping them navigate insurance claims to get a new roof when they may not even know they need one. We provide the estimates, work with their insurance, and make sure their roof gets paid for.

The hours are flexible, but you’ll need to be willing to put in the work—realistically, you’ll be working from 3:30 PM until sundown. What you need to know:

• You’ll be inspecting roofs (Comfortable with heights and ladders? You’ll love this!)
• The earnings potential is huge—many of our reps have surpassed the listed yearly goal in just 6 months!
• We knock doors. We don’t wait for customers to come to us—we go to them, spot the damage, and offer the solution.
• You need to be coachable and willing to learn. Never hesitate to ask questions if you need help!
• This job is all about mindset: Patience, persistence, and a killer attitude.

Your duties:

• Conduct roof inspections for storm damage and guide homeowners through the insurance process.
• Build relationships with clients! We knock doors, we don’t wait for them to come to us.
• Ensure homeowners get fair treatment from their insurance.
• Collect down payments and final payments.
• Identify damage and get up on roofs.

Experience:

Pay: $48,700.00 - $105,000.00 per year
