Summary:
Manage daily wash efficiency and address customer needs. Contribute to overall wash sales and profit goals. Overseeing staff and upholding company image and policies. Assistant Manager aids the General Manager wherever necessary.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1-2 year management experience in Car Wash or related industry
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work with a team
- Innovative mindset
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel between different wash locations
- Valid driver license
- Experience in Microsoft office and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or higher
What you will do:
- Aid GM in monitoring overall wash quality
- Monitor water quality, soap usage, and wash performance
- Assist GM in hiring, onboarding, and training staff
- Helps oversee and monitor staff performance
- Conducts staff reviews with GM
- Lead by example
- Handle customer inquiries, discrepancies, and claims
- Help perform routine maintenance
- Track inventory and stock inventory
- Uphold company values and ideology
- Perform data analysis, recording, and reporting
- Create and perform procedures and applications that improve the business
- Assists GM in creating team schedule and submitting bi-weekly payroll
Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English in a manner that is effective for communication.
