What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Field Agent - St Charles County, MO Territory position at RIS?
Need an experienced mortgage occupancy field agent(s) to drive to properties for mortgage and insurance companies and report on the general condition of each property.
Looking for someone who is ALREADY completing this type of work and can add 400 orders to their volume every month.
Types of inspections include Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, FEMA, Insurance Loss, Mortgagor Contact, Interior, insurance surveys, commercial, medical, etc.
Territory covers: Warren, Lincoln & St Charles Counties.
General Requirements:
- Reliable/fuel efficient transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Must have a smart phone capable of submitting results via a mobile application
- Must be able to pass a background check
- GPS with routing capabilities
- Access to a computer with internet connection and printer
- Position requires one to be self-motivated and strong communication skills
- Computer/app savvy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Salary: $25-$35 per hour average for an experienced field agent
