Program Manager / EAIB Lead

Location: IRS Facility, New Carrollton Federal Building - Lanham, MD Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance
RISA is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting the IRS Middleware Services Branch (MSB). This role oversees enterprise integration operations, cloud modernization planning, stakeholder engagement, and contract deliverables in support of the Enterprise Application Integration Broker (EAIB) environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily execution of all PWS task areas
- Coordinating across ACIO delivery partners, business units, and technical staff
- Overseeing reporting, schedule management, and risk tracking
- Leading stakeholder meetings, program reviews, and release planning
- Ensuring contract compliance and quality of deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field
- 10 years of IT program management experience
- Experience managing multi-vendor environments and stakeholder coordination
- Prior experience supporting federal clients, preferably IRS or Treasury
- PMP certification preferred
Work Environment:
Professional Office Environment: Must be able to sit at a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Must be able to communicate regularly via telephone and verbally present information to employees, customers, and outside vendors.
Expected Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week based on the customer's core operating hours.
