JavaScript Engineer (react & Node JS)
One onshore - Main Location - Irving TX : Alt Location Columbus Ohio / Atlanta GA
UI (5 Years)
- React - We use React (Node.JS) to develop our Front End Components.
- Figma, Skitch, Draw.io, etc - Any Wireframing or prototyping Software.
Backend & DB (5 Years)
- Node JS - We write our APIs and Endpoints using NodeJS.
- Postgres - Should know how to write SQL Queries using Postgres to connect data across different tables. Should know how recursive functions work in SQL.
Serverless (AWS)
- Lambda Functions - Should know how they work and how to connect them to other AWS services like Step Functions and Even Bridges. Should know about layering.
- Step Function - Should know how to write a Step Function, how to connect it to other AWS Services, its limits and how to work around them.
- Event Bridges - Should know how to schedule them to perform tasks.
- S3 Buckets - General Knowledge.
- EC2 - Should know how to set them up, attach/detach volumes, increase size, install packages and dependencies.
- Cloudwatch - General Knowledge.
- CloudFormation - Should know how to write templates to provision and manage resources.
CI/CD (3 Years)
- Git
- Gitlab Pipeline
- Jenkins - Should know to create new jobs and integrate them with other services like Gitlab.
- Docker
Agile (3 Years)
- Jira, Rally, Trello - Should have experience using an agile project management tool.
- Scrums - General Knowledge
- GSuite - Should know how to use Google s tools like Docs,Drive, Sheets, Site, etc.
