Your Role:
As our Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall curb appeal and cleanliness of our community. Your efforts will ensure that our property looks its best every day, making a lasting impression on residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including walkways, landscaping, and common areas.
- Perform routine tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, and clearing dumpster areas.
- Monitor and upkeep the landscaping, including mowing, trimming, watering, and seasonal planting as needed.
- Ensure all community areas, such as patios, playgrounds, and amenities, are neat and free of debris.
- Assist with minor outdoor repairs and report maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
- Support the make-ready process by maintaining outdoor spaces around vacant apartments.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify and address property needs proactively.
Requirements:
- Distance: Live within 30 minutes of Pilots Pointe.
- Experience: Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining a clean and visually appealing environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Teamwork and Independence: Work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts as scheduled.
