Your Role:
As a Housekeeper at RISE Baymeadows, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community. Your efforts will help provide a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Cleaning Excellence: Clean and sanitize common areas, offices, hallways, and public spaces to the highest standard.
- Resident Satisfaction: Ensure shared spaces are spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a positive living experience.
- Apartment Turnovers: Prepare apartments for new residents by deep cleaning units during move-ins and move-outs.
- Supply Management: Track cleaning supplies and report restocking needs to management.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow proper cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the facilities and maintenance teams to address cleaning needs and special projects.
