Your Role: As our Leasing Professional, you will be the cornerstone of our community, ensuring its seamless operation and resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing daily leasing operations, implementing strategic marketing plans, and fostering a strong sense of belonging among residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily leasing operations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and resident relations
- Implement strategic marketing plans to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy levels
- Conduct property tours and showcase the distinctive features and benefits of our community
- Manage resident inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to preserve the physical integrity of the property
- Organize and promote community events and activities to foster a strong sense of belonging among residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management, preferably within a Student Housing community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local property laws
