Your Role as Leasing Professional:
As the Leasing Professional at RISE Julington, you’ll be the face of our community, ensuring prospective residents find their perfect home. Your energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail will create memorable experiences during tours, events, and interactions with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Leasing: Engage with prospective residents to understand their needs and guide them to the ideal home.
- Property Knowledge: Become an expert on our luxury apartments, amenities, and community offerings.
- Lead Engaging Tours: Provide exceptional tours and follow up to close leases.
- Sales Savvy: Drive high occupancy rates through effective lead generation and relationship-building.
- Community Standards: Ensure the property’s appeal through daily inspections and attention to curb appeal.
- Marketing & Events: Contribute to creative marketing efforts and coordinate resident activities to foster a sense of community.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in property management, leasing, or sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: A people person with outstanding communication skills.
- Sales Talent: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
