Important Note About “Turn”
This role requires participation in two “turns” each year, which are busy periods when students move out and new residents move in.
- May Turn: Smaller turnover, requiring inspection and preparation of units.
- July Turn: Larger, more extensive turnover involving thorough inspections, inventory management, and ensuring all units are ready for new residents.
We value transparency—while turn periods are fast-paced and demanding, they are also a critical part of ensuring our residents have the best possible experience.
