Your Role:
As our Maintenance Technician, you will be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring the seamless operation and pristine condition of our apartments for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to uphold the high standards of our community.
- Respond to resident service requests with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
- Read and comprehend maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications for repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged appliances.
- Complete all maintenance service requests within 48 hours and close them in the system.
- Execute the make-ready process for vacant apartments as directed.
- Assist in monitoring all work performed by outside contractors.
- Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service responses.
- Carry an on-call cell phone as required, including scheduled weekends.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
- Perform grounds work as directed, including picking up trash, sweeping, pressure washing, clearing dumpster areas, and maintaining the landscape.
Requirements:
- Distance: Live within 30 minutes of Pilots Pointe
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably with luxury properties.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend Availability: Availability for weekends based on scheduling.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
