Your Role:
As our Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our community safe, functional, and beautiful. With each task, you’ll help make our residents feel right at home!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure all areas meet our high standards.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests, always providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory and manage supplies for efficient operations.
- Follow maintenance manuals and other guidelines to repair or replace appliances.
- Complete service requests within 48 hours and update the system accordingly.
- Prepare vacant apartments to meet our move-in ready standards.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors.
- Provide emergency maintenance services as needed, including on-call duties.
- Maintain building systems and grounds, including trash collection, sweeping, pressure washing, and landscape upkeep.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of maintenance experience, with a preference for experience in luxury properties.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- HVAC Certification Preferred: Not required, but preferred.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
- Availability: Weekend availability for on-call and scheduled shifts.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills for providing excellent service to residents.
