Your Role: As our Project Senior Superintendent, you'll lead the construction team, ensuring that all phases of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. With your podium platform experience, you’ll be at the forefront of this project, driving progress and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Lead the construction team, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring they meet project specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and schedules
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging team collaboration and professional growth
