Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavior changes in clients.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field of behavioral health to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in accordance with organizational policies.
Skills
