Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions tailored to each individual's needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavior changes in clients.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the field of behavioral health to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in accordance with organizational policies.

Skills

• Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
• Strong understanding of patient care, particularly for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and data collection methodologies.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
• Experience working with children is preferred; patience and empathy are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $78,222.00 - $80,000.00 per year
