Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and provide a nurturing and fun environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be reliable and will enjoy engaging with children.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, math, and social skills
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore, learn, and play
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the individual needs of each child are met
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning
- Foster a love of learning through engaging activities, storytelling, and creative play
Qualifications:
-Previous experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- CPR and First Aid
- Behavior and classroom management
