WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, ensuring work areas are clean, safe, and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
FLSA Status : Non-exempt, hourly
Reports to : Maintenance Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Perform general property maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address property maintenance needs.
- Handle landscaping duties, such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering lawns or gardens.
- Assist with cleaning and preparing properties, including sweeping, power washing, and removing debris.
- Maintain and repair outdoor structures, fencing, and walkways as needed.
- Install and maintain fixtures, such as lighting, shelving, and appliances.
- Safely operate tools and equipment, including lawnmowers, power tools, and basic machinery.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Report property issues, damages, or hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning job sites and adhere to company safety protocols.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
