WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Supervisor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker who would oversee the launch and performance of our organization's clinic. We are looking for a seasoned, knowledgeable industry professional who is confident in their ability to drive their team to success.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee and ensure the quality of care in our clinic. This part-time position focuses on auditing operations, reviewing clinical processes, and signing off on hours for staff development and compliance.
Location : Rise & Shine Social Enterprise
FSLA Status : Non-Exempt, Part-Time
Schedule : 4-8 Hours / Week
Primary Responsibilities :
- Audit and review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Sign off on clinical hours for licensure or professional development of staff as needed.
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff regarding clinical best practices.
- Review and update clinic policies and procedures related to client care and operations.
- Ensure that all services align with ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Participate in periodic meetings with the management team to address clinic operations and quality assurance.
