- Take ownership of automating manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor.
- Ensure that automation systems run reliably, predictably, and with minimal downtime.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by implementing new automation technologies.
- Research and stay ahead of the latest advancements in automation to bring new solutions into our production environment.

- Has experience with automation & robotics (UR robots preferred, but adaptability is key).
