MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Hands-On Role | No Bureaucracy | Real Impact

Own the Future of Automation – Build, Fix, and Optimize Robotics & CNC Integration

You hate seeing things fail. It drives you crazy when automation systems don’t work like they should—when machines jam, robots stall, or something that should be seamless just isn’t. And nothing is worse than fixing the same problem twice.

If that sounds like you, this might be the perfect role.
We need someone who lives for solving automation challenges—who doesn’t just fix problems but makes sure they never happen again. Someone who thrives in a hands-on role, takes full ownership of their work, and refuses to let machines run anything less than flawlessly. If you can walk into a mess, break it down, figure it out, and leave it running like a dream—this is where you belong.

This role is not for someone who:
  • Needs a manual to get started.
  • Waits to be told what to do.
  • Accepts “good enough” when better is possible.
But if you’re the kind of person who stays up at night thinking about better ways to automate, optimize, and improve—keep reading.

What You’ll Own & Drive
  • Take ownership of automating manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor.
  • Ensure that automation systems run reliably, predictably, and with minimal downtime.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by implementing new automation technologies.
  • Research and stay ahead of the latest advancements in automation to bring new solutions into our production environment.
How You Win in This Role
  • Take Full Ownership of Automation Performance – If it breaks, you own it. If it succeeds, you built it.
  • Solve Problems Permanently – No band-aid fixes. Get to the root cause and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Work Independently & Relentlessly – Figure things out fast and stay on it until the job is done.
  • Stay on the Cutting Edge – Continuously research new automation technologies and bring innovative solutions into production.
  • Think & Act Like a Systems Engineer – Don’t just fix robots—optimize entire processes.

Who We’re Looking For

The Right Person:
  • Loves hands-on automation work—this isn’t a desk job.
  • Takes ownership—if something isn’t working, they fix it.
  • Hates inefficiency and despises fixing the same issue twice.
  • Can figure things out independently—no waiting for someone to tell them what to do.
  • Always learning and researching—stays ahead of new automation technologies and finds ways to implement them.
  • Has experience with automation & robotics (UR robots preferred, but adaptability is key).

Not a Fit If You:
  • Need someone to train you step by step.
  • Are okay with recurring issues and just applying quick fixes.
  • Can only work with one type of robot and can’t adapt to new systems.
  • Don’t like learning new technology or improving your skills.

Why This Role is Different
  • Your Work Directly Impacts the Business – You’re not just a cog in the machine—you’re building the machine.
  • You’ll Work on Cutting-Edge Automation – This is real, hands-on work with robots, CNC machines, and advanced manufacturing systems.
  • No Bureaucracy, Just Results – We move fast, solve problems, and make things work without unnecessary red tape.
  • Performance-Based Pay – You’ll be rewarded for the results you drive, not just for showing up.

Benefits
  • Pay Range: $68,957 – $91,312 per year
  • Up to 20% Performance-Based Bonus
  • 401k with 3% Matching
  • Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
  • On-Site Gym
How to Apply (Read Carefully – Applications Without This Will Be Rejected)

To apply, you must submit a short video (maximum 3 minutes) along with your resume.

In your video, answer these three questions:
  • What makes you think you’ll be successful in this role?
  • What interests you about this role, and why do you want to work for RISE?
  • What’s a challenge you’ve overcome that shows how you think and solve problems?
Applications without a video will be automatically rejected. Our on-site application has a field to add a link to your video file.

Don’t just take a job—own the future of automation.
