Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary:
Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the warehouse team, including planning and assigning shipments.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2–5 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed with the ability to work without close supervision.
