Job Role
Lead production line teams to maximize productivity and quality, acting as a liaison between production supervisors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and direct work to employees to meet daily production targets
- Verify accurate documentation completion
- Identify and report equipment issues to Production Shift Supervisor and Maintenance
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees

Requirements and Qualifications
