Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with a college degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with 1 year of supervisory experience. A strong background in quality assurance, sanitation, and food safety is essential, as is experience with GFSI standards, internal auditing, cGMPs, HACCP, and FSMA.
The successful candidate will be certified in HACCP and PCQI or willing to become certified. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
