Job Description
Manage production line teams to achieve optimal productivity and quality, serving as a liaison between production supervisors and staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee assignments to meet daily production targets
- Evaluate and ensure accurate documentation completion
- Monitor equipment performance and alert Production Shift Supervisor and Maintenance of issues
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Support food safety initiatives and quality control measures
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in manufacturing or food industry
- Production and packaging equipment knowledge
