We're seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding results. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing shift operations, leading a team of production associates, and utilizing performance measurement systems to drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules to meet customer orders and ensure quality and food safety standards
- Establish employee schedules and coordinate work to achieve plant goals and metrics
- Continually train and coach new and existing employees
- Utilize performance measurement systems to provide feedback and drive productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in production or manufacturing required
- BRC, SQF, or AIB certification knowledge desired
- Strong computer skills and leadership abilities
