* Manage shift operation of bread manufacturing facility, including production, packaging, personnel, labor cost control, waste control, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and food safety
* College degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
* 2–5 years of leadership experience in production, preferably in the food industry, or manufacturing experience required
**Estimated Salary Range:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year
