Key Responsibilities
- Behavioral Coaching & Support: Provide in-the-moment behavioral guidance to students from Pre-K to 12th grade, creating an encouraging and structured classroom environment.
- Data Tracking & Progress Monitoring: Collect and organize student progress notes and behavior data to help tailor support strategies that fit each student's unique needs.
- Collaboration & Training: Support instructional staff with classroom management techniques and assist with creating learning materials based on each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
- Classroom & Playground Engagement: Monitor students' interactions, promote positive behavior, and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment during classroom and playground activities.
