RISE is currently seeking a part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team, working in a client home in Hersey, Michigan for 10 hours on weekends. This role involves one-on-one interaction with autistic children, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques to enhance skills and reduce challenging behaviors, all under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position Details:
- Compensation: $18.50 - $22.00 dependent on ABA experience and credential level.
- Experience: No previous experience required.
- Education: Minimally a high school diploma or equivalent.
