Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Requirements
Full Time - 40 hours per week
You will have a 4 day onsite work week; 10h days
Schedule and duties as assigned by RISE.
Required to visit home patient sites on in-clinic days, as assigned.
May be required to do one overnight trip per month to the Central Michigan area to do site visits in that area; travel stipend included.
Potential relocation package for the right applicant.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for clients.
Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Holds a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Michigan
Holds Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis / or / qualifying Master's Degree plus BCBA Certificate.
CPR (live tested) and first aid certified.
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, data collection methods, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with special education processes and medical documentation practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
