MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.
Schedule:
- Part-Time opening for Monday-Friday availability
- 10-20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline
- Current Texas license as LBA
- Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred
Job Duties:
- Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments
- Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
- Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
- Monitor and evaluate clients progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Train and supervise BT/RBTs
