As a BCBA Intern at MedCare, youll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and nurturing environment. Youll gain hands-on experience in supervision, client interactions, and working closely with a clinical director who provides direct mentorship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from seasoned experts while developing the skills needed for future certification.
BCBA Intern Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (in progress or close to completion)
- Passed the BCBA exam (preferred for internship placement)
- Previous experience as an RBT or with Autistic children
- Eager to develop clinical skills in a supportive environment
- Assist with behavior observations and support treatment development
- Work under the supervision of licensed BCBAs and the clinical director
- Support client supervision and collaborate with Behavior Technicians
- Actively engage in mentorship and learning opportunities
