What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner or PA position at Rise Direct Primary Care?
Job Summary
Super unique and rewarding opportunity to work at a growing Direct Primary Care clinic in Medford, OR! Join us at Rise Direct Primary Care as we expand in order to care for more patients here in the Rogue Valley! Direct Care does not accept or bill any insurance, so say goodbye to the worst part of your job and join our team!
We are looking for a provider who is specifically interested in providing Primary Care for men, women and children, and managing women's health and hormones. Functional Medicine experience is a plus! This position is flexible, and will usually require you to work less than 36 hours/week in the clinic. Direct Care affords you much more time with your patients, as a full day in the clinic involves seeing 5-8 patients. More time to chart so you aren't taking work home, and the ability to work with your patients and communicate via call, text, or video chats whenever it is most convenient!
With Direct Care, you will be assigned a panel of up to 500 patients, and manage their incoming calls and texts as a part of your workday. As we are still growing, your panel size will start at closer to 50 patients, and more patients will be added as more patients join. There will be stepwise salary increases as your panel size increases.
The clinic is not open on weekends or holidays, and we are only open as needed on Fridays for urgent care needs.
