RISE Early Education Academy is a multicultural, high-quality educational childcare program for children ages 2 years 9 months to 5 years. Our hands-on, activity-based curriculum fosters engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that inspire both children and teachers. As a privately owned school with a small, close-knit group of 20 children, we prioritize a stress-free, easy-paced atmosphere where both educators and children thrive.
We are seeking a Certified Child Care Director/Program Administrator with a D1 or D2 certification from EEC who is passionate about nurturing young minds in a warm, supportive setting. The ideal candidate will embrace diversity, appreciate foreign cultures and languages, and bring their expertise to build and maintain a high-quality program with love and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the school complies with EEC regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the owners to maintain program excellence.
- Provide occasional teaching support as needed.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in the director’s position is a plus but not required.
- Administrative: 1 year (Required) or 1 year in assistant director position.
- Teaching: 1 year (Required)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- CPR & First Aid Certificates required
- Strong knowledge of EEC guidelines for licensing and renewal processes
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to easily engage in conversation
- Strong customer service, organization, and listening skills.
- Ability to move around the building, lift and move 50 lbs.
- Vision and hearing must be corrected to allow for the safe supervision of children.
- Ability to work with English learners and children with special needs.
License:
- MA DEEC D1 or D2 (Required)
Language:
- English (Required); Russian or any foreign language is a plus.
