We are looking to hire a Guidance and College Counselor for the 2025-2026 school year.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Guidance and College Counselor to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting students' academic, personal, and college preparatory needs, ensuring they are well-equipped for their future endeavors.

- College Preparation: Guide students through the college application process, including college selection, application completion, essay writing, and interview preparation.
- Personal Support: Provide counseling on personal and social issues, promoting overall well-being and addressing any barriers to academic success.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops on topics such as time management, study skills, career exploration, and college readiness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, parents, and external organizations to create a supportive network for students.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, academic progress, and college applications.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic and college counseling, preferably in a high school setting.
- Strong understanding of college admissions processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
