It is our mission to promote the holistic development of the child through an authentic and experiential student learning experience. We are looking to hire a part-time after school and weekend Girls Basketball Coach for the duration of January and February. The coaching assignment will include coaching girls from 5th - 9th grades in after school practice (twice a week) and weekend competitions (Saturday mornings and early afternoons).
Job Expectations and Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of basketball and engaging physical activities and exercises that help students grow their skills
- Understanding of stretching and other safety concerns
- Have your own transportation
- Positive, patient, enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for using team sports as a way of teaching values and morals
- Skill in modifying coaching for various student needs
- Punctual and able to commit to all sessions
- Enjoy being around children and is confident in managing a group of 8-16 children
Salary : $20 - $30
