Head of Partnerships
Hybrid 3x week onsite in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic approach to building partnerships with digital agencies, advertising firms, and eCommerce platforms.
- Establish a structured partner program, including business strategy and co-marketing initiatives, with a goal of securing the first 500 partnerships.
- Serve as the main liaison for all partnership activities, fostering strong collaboration and shared success.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners to align on key business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and effective delivery of solutions across partner platforms.
- Regularly assess partnership performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in establishing and managing partnerships, particularly within digital agencies and eCommerce ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of the eCommerce industry, including hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-moving, startup-like setting.
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and clear communication.
- Strategic mindset paired with a proactive, execution-driven approach to partnership development.
- Capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
