RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for an empathetic, organized, and dedicated individual to join our growing youth care management team. A successful candidate will be able to work with the individuals on their caseload to develop goals and progress through those goals to aid in overcoming life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.
RISE offers a Care Manager :
- A starting rate of $22.23 per hour with a 36 hour workweek
- 1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment
