RISE Ltd. is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team in Oelwein, Iowa, as the Hourly Supported Community Living Program Director. Salary Amount: $45,000-$60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Oelwein Hourly SCL program.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate service delivery staff.
- Coordinate and participate in person-centered Individual Program Plans (IPP) development and implementation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Crisis Intervention Plans
- Oversight of client medical needs and tasks.
- Oversight of client benefits.
- Provide direct services as needed and oversee the health, safety, and satisfaction of individuals receiving services.
- On-call for the Hourly SCL program.
- Conduct Quality Assurance reviews.
- Conduct staff training.
- Monitor billing units.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid HCBS, Managed Care Organizations, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.
- Serve as a member of the RISE, Ltd. management team directing the mission and strategic vision of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field preferred, or five (5) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, crisis management, and multitasking abilities.
