Role Overview:
Rise Modular is searching for an Assistant Modular Project Manager to support our manufacturing facility in Owatonna, MN. The roles and responsibilities are outlined below along with a list of the Project Manager tasks that the position will support. The role is hyper focused on the wood-framed vertical portion of construction manufactured offsite in an expedited timeframe, which creates high demands on the pre-construction efforts to ensure proper due-diligence is completed prior to commencement of manufacturing. The position provides a rewarding experience for those who thrive on growth and development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary - $70,000 - $90,000

- Procore Setup / Administration
- Develop Project Team / Project Profile
- Upload Project Specifications
- Manage CD’s & Drawing Upload (ASI’s & PR’s)
- Rise Pre-Con Tracking Support via Monday.com
- Open Issues
- Project Milestones
- Submittal tracking
- Rise Standard RFI Submittals
- Internal Manufacturer Change Orders
- Factory Tour’s (project admin / lenders)
- O&M Manual Development
- Assist with Primary Project Management Tasks:
- Rise Modular Project lead from Contract Execution through Site Completion
- Client Point of Contact, Project Schedule / Milestone Management
- Contract, Scope & Change Order Management
- RISE internal Schedule, Milestone & Deliverable Management
- RFI / Open Issue Leadership (drive for resolution)
- Material Lead-Time Analysis and PO Predecessor Management
- Material Specification Submittals
- Construction Specifications & Finish Schedules
- Material Cost Tracking
- Milestone Meeting Prep, Agenda and Coordination
- Client / Consultant Factory Visits and follow-up coordination
- Site logistics coordination and engagement with Director of Site Services
