Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.
Job Summary
The Insulator will complete insulating, fire blocking, fire stopping, fire caulking according to code requirement and manufacturers installation specifications.
Responsibilities
- Install “Batt” insulation in the floor joist cavities, all exterior walls and bathroom walls.
- install rigid foam insulation, netting, and strapping to secure installed insulation.
- Installation of fire caulking (Hilti/3M Putty Pads and/or Fire Rated Caulking) and fire blocking (with Batt Insulation)
- Fire stopping utilizing Spray Foam
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years previous related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and correctly calculate math and measurements.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- $18-$22
- 3 levels - Supervisor will make a determination on what level you are based on experience and knowledge
