Job Summary:
Assists Restaurant Manager in all food service operations including guest relations; staff supervision and development; sales and marketing; budgeting and sales projections; general cleanliness of dining room and sales reconciliation.
- Prepare, make and serve pizzas and other products by Rise Pies
- Working with your supervisor with recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and training of staff
- Work with Store Manager to set sales and labor goals
- Provide feedback to Store Manager of the completion progress of the goals
- Assist with weekly scheduling and monitoring in compliance with labor laws.
- Audit all paperwork
- Responsible for the adherence of entire staff of handling money
- Maintain a Managers In-box for placement of all paperwork/invoices
- Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with ordering any other relevant materials for your store.
- Clean equipment and workplace.
- Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees
- Present all information/changes to employees in a positive manner.
- Comply with all Rise Pies policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations.
- Perform all job tasks in every aspect of the operation of the restaurant including lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs., in a safe and effective manner
Qualifications:
- Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
