Siding Installer or Siding Crew – SUBCONTRACTOR (1099)

Rise Renovation is looking for an experienced and skilled Siding Installer or Siding Installer Crew to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. We are a customer-focused business, and we pride ourselves on providing world-class service to our clients.
We only install vinyl siding, vinyl soffit and aluminum trim coil fascia on single-family homes.
Responsibilities:
- Install vinyl siding to the highest quality standards
- Remove existing siding as required
- Clean up the entire job site in accordance with company guidelines
- Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide recommendations and solutions to clients when necessary

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in siding, soffit and fascia installation
- Experience with metal capping – must have a metal brake
- Proven track record of superior workmanship and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Provide references and photos of past work
- Ownership of your own tools and equipment
- Schedule availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday - Saturday)
Certificate of insurance with the following requirements:
- General Liability - $1 Million Each Occurrence
- Automobile Liability - $1 Million Combined Single Limit
- Worker's Compensation - $1 Million Policy Limit
