Job Overview :
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish / English) Employment Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment overcome challenges and achieve their employment goals. The Employment Specialist will provide tailored support in both languages, assisting clients with job readiness training, job placement, and ongoing support in the workplace. An ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep commitment to inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Assessment and Goal Setting
- Conduct assessments to understand the skill sets, preferences, and barriers of clients, ensuring to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized employment plans that leverage their strengths and interests.
