Job Overview:
The Compliance & Recruiting Specialist at RISE Services plays a vital role in supporting recruitment processes while ensuring that all documentation related to the support services provided to individuals meets internal compliance standards and the requirements of external stakeholders. This position involves comprehensive report writing to document the effectiveness and quality of services delivered, alongside efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining three-year CARF accreditation and ensure compliance
- Develop, review, and finalize Part V's and Quarterly Reports for RISES and CCS programs. Generate and review documentation (Part V's, Person Centered Reviews, Monthly Reports) adhering to policies, Licensing, and Medicaid standards.
- Finalize monthly SPC & TSP Billing Spreadsheet. Create invoices for DORS & DARS billing and send to Director of Finance. Finalize DORS reports, upload to Teams, and submit billing to MD portal
- Complete Discharge Summaries and submit to stakeholders, ensuring filing with Office Manager
- Complete CARF Grids/Tracking Measures by the 10th each month
- Complete KPIs for clients/programs upon new referrals
- Review applicants, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding via Teams and SharePoint. Conduct reference checks and complete reference checklists. Complete thorough day one onboarding and go over in detail with screensharing of SharePoint (onboarding and orientation, human resources—HR for RISES) in collaboration with the Senior Administrative Manager
- Conduct staff in-service trainings (twice a year) and monthly town halls with Marketing and Project Specialist
- Prepare new hire swag bags and onboarding materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, diverse populations, or other barriers to employment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local labor market trends, job search strategies, and employment resources
- Familiarity with disability rights laws, accommodations, and vocational rehabilitation services
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
