We are currently looking for weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in our Group Homes. DSP's play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients by promoting independence, dignity, and respect. DSPs work closely with clients in, In-Home Settings and community-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate demeanor and a commitment to supporting the rights and well-being of the members we support.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about working with individuals with disabilities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the social interaction of clients.
- Monitor and document client progress and changes in behavior or health status.
- Facilitate recreational activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Respond promptly to emergencies while applying first aid techniques as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans for individuals with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to advocate for resident rights while maintaining a respectful environment.

Current Schedule:
- 8am-4pm: Limited in Group Homes
- 4pm-12am: Group Homes (6 openings)
- 12am-8am: Group Homes (6 openings)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
