Job Title: Industrial Engineering Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Industrial Engineering Lead to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our industrial engineering sales efforts, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

About the Role:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Travel locally, nationally, and internationally to attend customer meetings and trade shows.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in an industrial engineering background, with a strong understanding of the US/Mexico market. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of sales success in an industrial engineering context.
• Strong understanding of the US/Mexico market and ability to work effectively within it.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
