Are you an Assistant Project Manager from a mechanical background, looking to work on large and exciting commercial projects across Boston, in a fast paced environment where you will further develop your construction management skills to allow you to progress to Project Manager?

This well-established mechanical contractor are one of the most exciting contractors in Massachusetts. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to develop and work within their well-established Project Management team.

This position is office based with frequent site visits. You will be tasked with doing submittals, assisting the project manager with billing, managing your own projects, attending site walkthroughs. You will be given a structured training and development plan from the day you join to allow you to progress into a Project Manager position.

This would suit someone with experience working with a General Contractor, who is looking for to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry. You will also receive management training and can progress in to a full Project Manager role.
