Are you a Business Development Manager looking for fully autonomy and a clear path for progression into a General Manager?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to grow a company with an established reputation and great quality products. They already work with tier one aerospace companies and have government contracts so you can have full trust in the business.
In this role you will be the only Business Development Manager for the company, this is a brand new role for the company. You will report directly to the General Manager, who will be retiring in the coming years making room for you to progress your career.
The company manufactures precision machined parts for the aerospace industry. They have been established for around 30 years and have built a brilliant reputation and great company culture where everyone is down to earth and friendly.
The role would suit someone from a Business Development or Sales background looking to progress their career.
The role:
- Developing new business by cold calling, emailing, scheduling meetings and attending events
- Office based role Monday to Friday with the occasional customer visit (maybe once a quarter)
- Reporting Directly to the GM, with progression into this role becoming available
The Candidate:
- Experienced in business development
- Looking for an autonomous role with career progression
- Aerospace experience is a plus but not essential
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
