Are you a Construction Manager or Site Manager with experience of leading large multi trade teams? Do you have experience of building to US Codes? Do you have experience of traditional Stick Frame Construction? Are you Fluent in Spanish?

As Construction Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling operations, leading a team of 7-8 department leads, overseeing quality control, and driving continuous improvements. This role would therefore ideally suit a Construction or Site Manager with experience of managing multiple construction trades who has come from a traditional, high volume, multi-unit construction background and is looking to join an ambitious company where you can progress your career whilst working for an ambitious industry leading organization.
