This company is a privately owned, employee-focused energy project management firm, delivering turnkey lighting and energy efficiency solutions nationwide.
In this role, you will lead a team of five analysts focused on ensuring customers get the most money back through energy rebates and incentives through utilities and federal programs. You’ll streamline internal systems, build relationships with utilities, and train your team to identify and capitalize on incentive opportunities across a variety of technologies.
This role would suit someone with utility or energy efficiency program experience who enjoys both operational management and strategic thinking. It’s an ideal next step for someone who’s ready to lead and grow within a purpose-driven business.
- The Role:Lead a team of five analysts

- The Candidate:Degree in Business or similar
- Experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or a related field
- Leadership experience is a plus- Open to candidates who want to take the next step into management!
